All stated prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices and availability of products are subject to change at any time.
You agree to pay for your orders using a valid payment method. We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and bank transfer payments. Your payment card will be billed once your order is confirmed.
5. Delivery
UK Delivery
Standard delivery within the UK is free on orders over £70. For orders under £70, a £4.99 delivery fee applies.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Delivery typically takes 2-5 working days from dispatch, but delays are possible during busy periods.
If we are unable to deliver your order within 30 days, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
International Delivery
We deliver to most countries worldwide. Delivery fees and times vary per location. Please contact us for a quote.
Customs duties, import taxes and/or courier handling fees may apply for international orders. These charges are not included at checkout and must be paid by you upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return products to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. Shoes must be returned in original condition, unworn and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team. We will provide instructions and arrange a collection from your address.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund back to the original payment method. This may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.
Sale items or customized products cannot be returned unless faulty or mis-described. In these cases, please contact us as soon as possible and within 28 days of receipt.
If you receive faulty, damaged or mis-described products, please contact us immediately for assistance.
7. Product Warranty
Loretta Shoes® offers a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase on all our shoes against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use. It does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Damage caused by accidents, negligence or improper use
- Stains, discoloration or other damage not affecting functionality
- Modifications or alterations to the product
If you discover a defect within the 1-year warranty period, please contact our Customer Service team with details of the issue. Photo evidence is required.
Where a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will organize repair or replacement at our discretion. Repaired/replaced products are covered for the remaining balance of the original 1-year warranty period.
